At Def Jam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
